"Colour was close to the photos"
I ordered a dress from hobbs.com and the colour was pretty much what I expected from the photos. It looked a tiny bit darker in normal daylight, but not enough to put me off.
I did feel a bit pressured to decide quickly because I needed it for an event, so I was relieved when it arrived and actually looked nice on. I just wish they had a few more real-life photos of each colour, but I’m keeping it.

"Quick help, felt solid"
I had a question about my order and Hobbs got back to me quickly. Their answer was clear and basically sorted things out. It did take one follow-up, but my gut feeling is they handled it well and the service was good overall.

i mean, I ordered something from Hobbs and ended up sending it back. The refund did come through in the end, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just felt a little slow really.

"Classy looks, but a little expensive"
I really like the overall style of the designs, they have a clean, classy look that feels easy to dress up. A few pieces stood out to me because of the little details, like the stitching and shape of the neckline. That said, some of the cuts felt a bit dated, and the prices are slightly higher than I expected

"Polite staff, but the whole thing felt slow"
The staff were polite enough, but I ended up waiting ages before anyone helped me. When I asked about sizes, they didn’t seem completely sure, and at one point I felt like I was being talked down to a bit instead of just getting a straightforward answer. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"Not great for wedding shopping"
I was hoping to find something nice for a wedding, but the occasion dress selection felt limited. The few options I did like were more expensive than I expected, which made it feel a bit like they’re more focused on charging extra than offering real value.

I ordered a dress and a cardigan from hobbs.com, and to be fair, I was pleasantly surprised by them. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but both pieces looked nice in person and felt more premium than I’d guessed.
The prices still feel a bit on the high side to me, so I’m not sure I’d call it amazing value at full price. That said, the fabric and stitching do seem good, and one of the items was in the sale, which made me feel a lot better about the purchase.
Delivery was straightforward and the sizing was mostly what I expected, though I’d probably still check reviews or measurements next time. I’d buy from them again, but probably only if there’s an offer or sale on.

So yeah, I’m not ordering from here again. The whole experience just left me feeling uneasy, like something wasn’t quite right. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t really trust them anymore.

I tried to use the website, but it was frustrating. It’s hard to navigate, and I kept waiting for pages to load or figure out where to go next. After a while, it just felt like more trouble than it should be

I ordered my usual size and it fit just right, which was such a relief. The little things like the length and how it sat on my shoulders were exactly what I hoped for, so I didn’t have to deal with any returns.

"Nice dress, but the shipping gave me pause"
I ordered a dress from Hobbs and, to be fair, it arrived in good condition with no drama around the packaging or delivery. The website was straightforward to use too, so I can’t really complain much there.
The only thing that made me hesitate was the shipping cost, which felt a little steep for what I was buying. It wasn’t outrageous, and I’m happy enough with the dress, but I’m not sure I’d rush to order again unless I really loved something

It arrived in perfect shape, so my brain immediately went, “good packaging, good purchase.” That said, there was a lot of cardboard for what it was. Not a big deal, just felt like a bit too much to break down afterward

I ordered a dress from Hobbs and, annoyingly, I have to admit it’s really good. The fabric feels properly thick and well made, not cheap or flimsy like I half-expected. It fit true to size for me, and the stitching is neat too. I’ve worn it a couple of times already and it still looks basically new. It is a bit expensive, so I wanted to find something to complain about, but the quality does make it feel worth it

I’m still waiting on my delivery, and it feels like it’s taking forever. Maybe my order got delayed or I just had bad luck with shipping, but from my experience so far, it hasn’t been great.

I really wanted to like this dress because the fit was nice and it looked so on the website. But when it arrived, the fabric felt much thinner and cheaper than I expected, especially for the price. i felt a bit misled by how it was presented online. After just one wash, it didn’t hang properly anymore either. Disappointing for Hobbs.

"Nice coat, but... not quite perfect"
I bought a coat from Hobbs and it does look really nice on, but... I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better. The fabric is lighter than I thought it would be, and one of the buttons started coming loose after only a few wears. It’s still warm enough and I’ll keep wearing it, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth paying full price for

"Delivery was late again"
The clothes are nice, I’ll give them that, but my order showed up a few days late again. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. I ended up having to contact customer service to chase it up, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe it was just bad luck, but I’d probably be careful ordering if you need something by a certain date.

"Sizing can be a bit hit or miss"
I really like Hobbs but the sizing can be inconsistent. I’ve had one dress fit perfectly and then another in the exact same size feel too tight. It makes ordering online a bit frustrating sometimes. The quality is good I just wish the sizes were more reliable.

"Refund is taking absolutely forever"
I returned my item and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’m 100% convinced it should not take this long. The whole returns process has been way slower than expected, it’s frustrating
