I ordered a dress from hobbs.com and the colour was pretty much what I expected from the photos. It looked a tiny bit darker in normal daylight, but not enough to put me off.

I did feel a bit pressured to decide quickly because I needed it for an event, so I was relieved when it arrived and actually looked nice on. I just wish they had a few more real-life photos of each colour, but I’m keeping it.

I had a question about my order and Hobbs got back to me quickly. Their answer was clear and basically sorted things out. It did take one follow-up, but my gut feeling is they handled it well and the service was good overall.

i mean, I ordered something from Hobbs and ended up sending it back. The refund did come through in the end, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just felt a little slow really.

I bought a coat from Hobbs and it does look really nice on, but... I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better. I really like Hobbs but the sizing can be inconsistent. I’ve had one dress fit perfectly and then another in the exact same size feel too tight. It makes ordering online a bit frustrating sometimes. The quality is good I just wish the sizes were more reliable.

I returned my item and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’m 100% convinced it should not take this long. The whole returns process has been way slower than expected, it’s frustrating
